Shariatpur Agricultural University Admission Guide 2026-27

Shariatpur Agricultural University is a newer public agricultural university intended to expand specialised higher education and research in Bangladesh. As with any newly established institution, the most important information for applicants is the university''s current official notice, not a recycled admission post from another agricultural university.

Shariatpur Agricultural University admission date 2026-27

As of October 2, 2026, the 2026-27 undergraduate application start date, application deadline, fee and admission test date are not confirmed in this guide. The January 3, 2026 date often mentioned in agriculture-admission searches was the completed 2025-26 cluster test and should not be copied as a Shariatpur 2026-27 date.

• Application start: Not officially announced

• Application deadline: Not officially announced

• Admission test: Not officially announced

• What to watch: the university''s official notice board and an official admission circular naming Shariatpur

A final notice should identify the programme, academic session, eligibility, fee, deadline, test syllabus and official payment channel. If one of those details is missing, wait for clarification before applying.

How to evaluate a newer agricultural university

Students should check the current approved department list, curriculum, academic calendar, laboratories, teaching staff, campus facilities, residence and transport. A university''s long-term potential can be promising, but the details available to first-year students may differ from those of an older agricultural institution.

Shariatpur may appeal to students who want to study agricultural science closer to the central and south-central region of Bangladesh. Possible career interests include crop production, fisheries, livestock, agricultural business, research, extension and rural development. The final programme list should decide whether it matches your goals.

Eligibility and application preparation

Do not assume a fixed GPA cut-off until the circular publishes it. The official notice will confirm the SSC and HSC pass-year rules, accepted group and subjects, combined GPA, quota conditions, application fee and test format.

Before the application opens, prepare your board name, roll, registration, GPA, photograph, signature and contact number. Use consistent information across every field. After payment, save the transaction ID, application copy and admit-card instructions.

Study plan

1. Revise Biology, Chemistry and Physics from the HSC textbooks.

1. Solve past agricultural admission questions to build speed.

1. Keep a notebook of mistakes and revise it weekly.

1. Read the new circular before deciding which subjects deserve the most time.

1. Do not make travel arrangements until the venue and reporting time are official.
