Kurigram Agricultural University Admission Guide 2026-27

Kurigram Agricultural University is a newer public agricultural university established to expand higher education and research opportunities in the northern region of Bangladesh. Its regional mission is relevant to agriculture, rural livelihoods, food systems and climate-sensitive production in Kurigram and surrounding districts.

Is a 2026-27 admission date available?

As of October 2, 2026, a confirmed 2026-27 undergraduate application schedule, fee and admission test date should not be assumed. The January 3, 2026 agriculture-cluster test was for the completed 2025-26 cycle and is included only as historical context. It is not a Kurigram Agricultural University 2026-27 date.

• 2026-27 application opening: Not officially announced

• 2026-27 deadline: Not officially announced

• 2026-27 admission test: Not officially announced

• Verification: Kurigram Agricultural University''s official notice board and any official agriculture-cluster circular

Because Kurigram is a newer institution, applicants should pay special attention to whether a notice is for undergraduate first-year admission, postgraduate admission, staff recruitment or another programme. Similar-looking notices can refer to completely different processes.

What should applicants compare?

A new agricultural university may develop its faculties and departments in stages. Before ranking Kurigram, check the current prospectus for approved programmes, course duration, laboratory and field facilities, residence, transport, fees and the number of seats. These details should not be copied from an old social-media post or an unrelated university.

Kurigram''s northern location may appeal to students who want to study closer to home and contribute to agricultural development in the region. Students interested in crop science, fisheries, livestock, agricultural economics, rural development and food security should compare the actual curriculum with their career goals.

Eligibility and application process

The official circular will define SSC and HSC pass years, science-subject requirements, minimum GPA, quota documents, fee and test syllabus. Until that notice is published, no single GPA figure should be treated as the confirmed Kurigram cut-off.

When applications open, use the official link, enter certificate information exactly, complete payment through the listed channel and download the confirmation. Keep the application ID and admit card available offline as well as on your phone.

Preparation advice

• Revise the HSC textbooks for Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

• Practise the latest available agriculture admission questions for speed.

• Do not assume the previous cycle''s subject weighting will remain unchanged.

• Follow official notices for the test centre and reporting time.

• Keep alternative agricultural universities in your preference plan.

Questions students ask

Is Kurigram Agricultural University included in the 2026-27 agriculture cluster?

This guide does not claim inclusion without a current official circular. Wait for the official university or cluster notice naming the participating institutions.

Can I use January 3, 2026 as the exam date?

No. That was the completed 2025-26 agriculture-cluster test date.

How can I avoid fake notices?

Check the domain name, notice date, academic session, notice number and official payment instructions. If any of these are missing, confirm with the university before acting.

This page intentionally leaves unannounced dates blank rather than guessing. Confirm the final Kurigram Agricultural University notice before applying, and monitor admission dates for updates.
