• Application deadline: Not officially announced

• Admission test: Not officially announced

• Official source to monitor: the university''s official notice page and the agriculture-cluster admission authority

Students should look for a notice that clearly names the 2026-27 session. If a notice only says “admission test” without an academic year, read the full document before assuming it applies to you.

Who may benefit from studying at HAU?

Habiganj''s haor and rural setting creates important study and research opportunities around water management, climate adaptation, crop production, fisheries, livestock and agricultural livelihoods. HAU may suit students who want to connect agricultural education with real regional challenges.

The exact faculty and department list, seat numbers and programme availability must come from the current prospectus. Applicants should not rely on a third-party directory for a new university''s programme details.

Eligibility checklist

The final admission circular will state the accepted SSC and HSC years, minimum GPA, individual subject conditions, quota rules and required documents. Agriculture admission generally targets science students with the required HSC subjects, but only the current notice can settle the rule.

Prepare your board, roll, registration, GPA, photograph and signature details before the form opens. Check every field against your certificates and keep the submitted form and payment receipt in more than one safe place.

How to prepare

1. Complete textbook-based revision for Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

1. Use previous agriculture-cluster questions for practice, not as proof of the new syllabus.

1. Improve speed by taking short timed tests every week.

1. Read the official prospectus carefully for negative marking and mark distribution.

1. Wait for the official test-centre list before arranging travel.
